Redeemer is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information that it has on its database. This includes not providing alumni information, including contact information, to any third-party.
This means that the Alumni Office cannot directly help you in finding the address of other alumni, whether that be to support a mission trip you’re going on, selling a product or inviting them to your wedding.
However, there is one way that Alumni Office can help. If you would like to contact a particular alumnus:
- Send us an email with your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number and email).
- The Alumni Office will forward this information to the alumnus you are trying to reach, with a note saying that you would like to contact him/her.
- It then is up to the alumnus to take up contact with you, if she or he so desires.
Due to the volume, we will only forward requests to alumni if we have an email address for them. The Alumni Office will inform you if it does not have a valid email address for the alumnus you are trying to contact. To avoid any sense of pestering, the Alumni Office will not re-send a message nor will it follow up on the request.
