Many of the services and benefits available to alumni
require them to display their Alumni Membership Card. There is no charge
for being a member of the Alumni Association and all alumni receive a
card when they graduate. There is no charge to request a new or replacement
card.
If you require an Alumni Membership Card, you can request
one on-line by completing and submitting the following. You can also print
off the form and mail it to the Alumni Office.
